    I'd guess anywhere from AU58 to MS64 - can't tell with the photos and all the toning - I personally would dip it- but I know others here consider that a sin, but to me that toning is just ugly. The strike is usually pretty weak on this date is my understanding and the breast feathers very indistinct to begin with, so it is either a bad strike or light wear or a little of both, but overall a nice coin image .
