Satin Finish Mint Sets!!

is it possible for coins in 2005 or 2006 mint sets to grade legitimately clad or ( non satin ) with PCGS or any of the other services?

There are satin finish coins in "business strike PCGS" holders but this is a mistake by PCGS. They may say business strike on the holder but they are really Satin Finish. This was a problem last year with the 2005 mint sets being holdered. This link will be helpfulSF Satin Finish State Quarters
