Some local NEWPS... grade opinions?

Went to the local watering hole today for a fix. Picked up a few pieces, nothing earth shattering.
- 1 Cent, 1888. In an ANACS slab.
- 1 Cent, 1931 S. In an ANACS slab.
- 3 Cent Nickel, 1866. Raw. Coin appears slightly out of round due to shooting at a slight angle.
- 1 Cent, 1838. Raw. Decent detail; looks completely original to me.
Lastly, a pair of coins that really aren't worth much, but the presentation is neat. A lady came in and sold these while I was there, so I had first shot and was able to pick them up for $15 each.
From the wording, apparently these were put together as promotional pieces in the late 1960s. Just cool advertising ephemera... - $1, 1885-O

I might be off on the IH as I haven't done them in ages and it's tough with images.
