PCGS barely has multi-coin holders. They exist but they don't advertise the fact and you almost NEVER see them. At first they were only for the four piece gold proof set, but they have also had some used for five piece state quarter sets. You woud probably have to go through customer service to get them, they are not mentioned anywhere on the PCGS website.
NGC is very flexible on multi-coin holder requests. I've had quite a few different ones made.
I've seen a few PCGS multi-coin holders, but even when I call customer service (several times), I could not find anyone that could explain what they can and can't do, how much they cost, etc.... so I gave up. This is basically the only customer service issue I have ever that PCGS has not addressed for me in 20 years
It's my understanding that PCGS did the multi-holders for a while as a test program, in which only registered dealers could participate. I believe they have since discontinued the multiholder.
