Should I be concerned??

I received my grades on August 18th. The item was "shipped" on August 18th. It is August 26th and I'm in Phoenix and my shippment hasn't arrived. I'm moving back to FL on August 30th. Should I be concerned that my cards are lost or will not arrive by the 30th?

Check your post office and see if they have it. The same thing happened to me and it was there. I dont know why but I didnt care because I got my cards.

The USPS doesn't lose registered mail. Unless they like to be unemployed?

Ryan, make sure you file a change of address card and file it at your home post office. Hand it to a clerk at the window and advise them that you're expecting a high dollar registered package.

I believe they will forward it to you at your new address, also registered mail, and usually at no extra cost. Do it monday so it has time to get into the system in time.

If you get delivery at home ask them to put a marker at the case for the package so they don't have any mistakes. If you have a PO box same thing and have them insist on ID to pick up the package.

You'll be fine, just make sure about the change of address. Get it done Monday. Date the change for the last day you will be there to pick up your mail.

  • not sure what to say....ask your local post office...it may be shelved in the back room....if not call PSA customer service.

I had an order shipped 8/21 and got it 8/24 and I'm in MA........

Ryan, first of all get the tracking # from PSA and then check the USPS website.

This happened to me before and after I checked it, the message said that a note was left (little pink slip) because I wasn't at home. Of course my mail carrier would try to slide the slip in the crack of my door and sometimes the wind just blows it away. If this is the case, then just go ahead and call you post office. Sure enough, my package was sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. Good luck.

Registered mail is known to take a while. It has to be signed for at every stop. Call PSA and get the tracking number. They used to give the tracking number automatically. Not sure why they stopped.
