why the low pop on 1978 Bob Watson?
I just bought a very nice 1978 Topps set and was looking that the pop report on this set. I noticed there are only 6 PSA 9's for #330 Bob Watson . Whats the issue with this card? The one in my set is perfectly centered. It a solid 8 to me with an decent shot at a 9. Does anyone know what a psa 8-9 goes for? Just curious!!
This is my first time trying to post a pic. Hope it works!
Thanks,
Mike
