Process to Have a Coin reslabbed/redesignated

What is the process for resubmitting a coin to PCGS for fixing an error as to designation? For example, you submit a bullion coin(and it is received by PCGS) for grading in the first thirty days of issue and it is not designated as first strike. (I know its meaningless, but the market says otherwise) I called customer service at PCGS an asked them what exatly I needed to mark on the submission form, but I have yet to get an answer.
Okay you would have to pay the 10.00 fee for the for the first strike designation. Is it considered a regrade? Do I have to pay the reholder fee? Is there a designation review $10.00 fee as well? Do I pay the 30.00 grading fee instead ? If I had a picture taken with true view service the first time, do I have to pay to have them photographed gain? I assume if it was redesinated the certificate number would change as well? Anybody ever have this situation?
