PSA Now Grades Some Vintage Poster Inserts!

Howdy!
I see that psa now grades 1971 topps football insert posters! The first batch of graded ones just popped up in the population reports.. Does anyone know when they started to grade these and what guidelines they are following to grade them? I'm also wondering what other poster inserts they might be grading since it looks like they have a new holder size to accomodate some sizes of inserts. Any insight would be helpful!
