So is this strike doubling on the reverse of this penny or?

While trying out my microscope for photo use I shot this reverse of an 83 one cent coin, I think its strike doubling most likely- you can see the extra line at base of the memorial and slight doubling on a couple of the letters in ONE CENT.

Looks like machine doubling to me.
