Do graders know what your estimated value is when you submit your coins for grading?

And, if so, can/does this influence the assigned grade?
Example: You have a really nice coin which you think is grades AU-55, shot AU-58. In 55, the coin is worth $3000 and in 58, it is worth $5000. When filling out your submission form, you indicate that its value is $5000. Does the grader see this? Does it influence him in any way? If you are too optimistic/unrealistic, does the grader punish you?
Oh, BTW, you have just also crossed the threshold for the $50 submission level (max $3000 for the $30 level/regular). Was it worth it?
