MacCrimmon!

I just came back and checked the cert numbers that we discussed, with a large drink next to me ,just as you told me to. I now need a larger one! image

1929 2rp in 67RD? A third 1930 67RD? That sweet 1903 colorful half? Or any of the blazing luster 1930s? The specimen looking francs? The mini gold hoard? We need to talk. image

BTW, have you seen that 1925 100 francs gold that is about to be auctioned by Heritage? They offer silver minors from the 1950s certified ,but this one raw? image

Mac is the man (or mouse, if you prefer) for museum-quality Schweizer Muenzen!!

It looks like you got his cull list...

And just think, I sometimes find more and better.....but sometimes it's a painful search subjecting my eye to discarded horrors.image

And no, I haven't viewed any Heritage or Goldberg lots as of yet. image

So, you liked the new 1929, eh?

That mini gold hoard, as you call it, poses an enigma which I am going to explore once I find time to review under a stereo-zoom scope.

I would trade Jester for it. image

Fantastic submission, they would have surely earned one or two more points per coin across the street, this tight approach is beginning to annoy me.

Have a look at Heritage's lots, there's at least a fantastic Cantonal piece of gold.

Yes, "annoyance"......I believe that's the term Mr. Eureka used.image

On balance though, not bad, except for the 1951 fiver.....image

The difference is that MrEureka can choose to send all his inventory to NGC, which he already does from what I saw in CICF, while we are captives of a future registry that might never even exist! image

Oh well, I think I'm way past buying the numbers,I only care about the coins or at least that's what I like to think. image

Exactly. But you can figure that any Mouse-grade coin will garner at least a 67 at PIGS, even on a bad day.

Crikey, don't threaten him like that! image

Don't feel bad, Shroomdude. I haven't a clue what they're talkin' about, either, but it sounds nice.
