Obverse: Alexander II - Imperator I Samoderzhavets (erm ... Sovereign, i think) Vseyarussi (all of Rus' ). Cannot make out the writing above the date. Reverse: God with Us.
Have no idea what this medal is, but my guess would be it was for lower-ranking officials (hence copper composition). It seems to be very well preserved and I, for one, would love to have something like that in my Russian album. Good luck with your search.
Found it HERE - It's the first one under Alexander II. It seems that this Russian auction house sold it in June of 2005 for 150 Euros. Description states: "Table-top medal "In commemoration of Coronation of Imperator Alexander II". It was created by A. Lyalin R. (marked on the neck), working for M Kuchkin R (reverse, bottom). Bronze - diameter 64mm. Smirnov Catalogue #603a.
That was a fun search If you ever want to sell it - look me up.
