Are these die cracks? 1942-D washington

Hey guys I was checking this THOROUGHLY to make sure it wasn't a double die or anything when I saw the strange marks on the 'R' and 'T' and 'Y' in LIBERTY. They look like die breaks, can anyone tell for sure? Ask me if you need a close up or anything, I can probly get one.

    I dunno, could be. I have found bunches of Washingtons (41-D I believe) with die cracks at the truncation of the bust on the obverse and along the eagle's wing on the reverse, so I guess it's not unheard of.
