Help regarding this 1831 Capped Bust 50C. Opinions and Grade please.

This coin has I think a small 1831 over a LARGE 1831.

    Not a large over small...it is a recut date using the same set of punches. It is probably Overton 101. Overton 102 used the same obverse die but due to die wear most 102s (that I have seen) no longer show the recut 3. F-12.
    Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.
