Advice on Hostess

I posted in the community forum, but thought my question would be better served here.... picked up a few 70's hostess 2 card panels tonight and wanted to know the best way to go about cutting them for submission. Any help would be great.

If they're from 1975 or later it is safe to eat the Twinkies, but do not under any circumstances try the Ho Hos or King Don's --- it may be fatal if you do.

Seriously, I have some panels and would like to learn myself.

I am disappointed Hostess no longer makes chips. There were none like them, a true tragedy.
