Paul Green Passes

Sorry to report that long time hobby writer Paul Green died yesterday at his home in Costa Rica......
I met Paul over 25 yrs ago at the coin show & we became good friends
He was indeed a fascinatiing person to all who knew him
Back in 1993 we co-authored a book on sportcards & he was a prolific writer in numismatic circles as well, was extremely knowledgeable
He will be missed & a loss to the hobby & his family

In addition to the two great books he co-authored (one with Tony Galovich and one with Donn Pearlmann), Paul Green was also a prolific columnist in various hobby publications in the late 80s and early 90s. He had a quick wit and a passion for the hobby. His columns were always a great pleasure to read.
