Last 8 TF question, I promise. At least today. Tripled eyelid?

Second of two 8 TF purchased today. The first is a VAM 16.
This coin I attributed as an A2/A1e reverse, or perhaps A2A1b. Take a look at the left wreath-extra berry- and the eagle. I of IGWT does not touch the eagle's wing. Hooked beak of the eagle, with doubling on the lower jaw. The left wreath is very interesting. So, this could be anything from a VAM 18 to 23 possibly. I think I may be mis-attributing the reverse. A single small feather is engraved on the eagle's right, none on the left wing. There are remains of engraving below the eagle's left (viewer's right) wing.
Then look at the obverse. Strongly doubled date, especially the 1. LIBERTY doubled. Stars are doubled. Liberty's lips and nostril doubled and it sure looks like a tripled eyelid to me. I can't attribute this die pair. Ideas, again?

Based on the eagle's beak and tongue, I'm guessing it's a VAM 18 without looking at any of the other photos.

Dennis I hit 18 on my first attribution, but I can't find a record of a tripled eyelid for that die. Take a look at the numeral 1 in the date, that is very strong offset and leads me to VAM 19. Thanks for the opinion. How was Denver?
My PCGS-attributed VAM 18 also has the identical massive doubled 1 like yours. Eyelid's the same, too. Check yours for a huge doubling in the O in OF.

<< <i>Denver was a blast on the social side of things, although actual VAMing was slim 'pickins... a result, I think, of airport PainInTheButtedness and people leaving all their inexpensive stuff at home while only bringing 1893-CCs and 1893-S. I swear you could have easily put together one or two rolls of certified coins of each date.

It must be an 18, I have massive doubling in the O and F, as well as quite a bit of the reverse legend. I am surprised the eyelid tripled is not documented, that is usually a high-demand feature of die errors. Sorry to hear VAMing wasn't that good, I got an 8 TF VAM 15 last weekend in MS 64/65 DMPL. I guess flea markets are better than big international coin shows eh?
