    Wonderful coins. I have always wondered why the lower graded mint state coins with the pretty satiny but lacking the brilliant luster always graded so low with PCGS and much less so with NGC.

    I have a couple of raw dimes which I may eventually slab to "complete" my dime "registry" type set.
