I might be dumb but not stupid. I have picked up 19 1996 ASEs over the last year and paid a fraction for what they are going for now. Put most of em away , but I sent 4 of the best of them in to grade. They should grade pretty good.
I also have collected the 86 to 06 set. I am waiting to send them in 21 gets a bit pricey...its my first whole set..kinda big deal for me..
I was out and missed entering all of my TT and Heritage bids today. Oh well.
Sunday got a bunch of VAMs: 1901-S VAM-4A NGC 50, 1922 (break to the right of the tiara band) ANACS 64, 1878 VAM-10 (or maybe VAM-15) NGC 63, 1888-O VAM-1D ANACS 64, 1900-O VAM-44A NGC 65 and 1921-D VAM-1Q PCGS 64.
Among the coins at the PO Box today was an 1879-S VAM-36 (jaw cootie) NGC 64PL. I have a full gem but my main set is of Morgan prooflikes; trying to get every possible VAMfor each date in the highest grades obtainable as long as they are eye appealing and reasonable. I am very pleased with this coin as the mark that I though kept it out of gem is actually on the plastic and amplified by the mirror fields. It is a real beauty (though technically that would be VAM-48A) with only a touch of haze.

(I am not being snotty, it just looks too perfect to be natural ... but I am definitely no expert.)

I won an 1807 Drabed Bust Dime on Ebay a couple weeks ago. I'm sending it in to PCGS for a FR-01 or FR-02 designation. I'm hoping for the FR-01.
that sure is purty
