1966 Topps Rub-off Inserts

Anyone know anything about these cards? I have a roll with 20 of them on it including the Mantle. I bought it several years ago off of Ebay. Are these uncut rolls the real deal or did someone reprint them? Were they inserted in packs?

I beleive they are real. I had seen and had the opportunity to buy one roll at a show for about $40.00 several years ago. Unfortunately, I did not have the funds on me at the time.

The rub offs were inserted in 1966 packs (wax and Cello) and can still be found in uncut rolls. I think the largest roll I have seen is an uncut strip of 400.........
