Think its worth a shot to resubmit this card or will it get the oc everytime?

Hmmm....I'd resubmit and if it can back 2 more times as OC I'd change it to a PSA 8 since it seems to be within the margins.

That card is so on the border! I get it at 33/67 T/B - but that's not as accurate as looking at it in person - and I think it has to be at least 35/65 to be mint.

if you're looking to keep it and want PSA only cards..try a resub..it's close..

if you're looking to turn it....Beckett ..it should 9...maybe 9.5 (both that print dot on the back might hold that back)

T/B seems to OC for a straight 9, IMO. I'm guessing OC every time.
