$5 US Bank note with print error

I came across a US $5 bank note this weekend that has a print error. On the Department of Treasury seal the date should read 1789. One this bill it reads "789" Does anyone have any useful info on how I would figure out its collector's worth?

    Similiar printing errors to this occur frequently. No premium.
