PSA's garaunteed grade times

Hello again one and all:

So it's become quite clear that PSA is a little backed up on their grading right now. I'm wondering what the experience has been for late grades. This would, I believe, apply only to the garaunteed grading times that come with normal submissions and not specials, but i'm not sure.

I read that they are suppose to give you one grading credit (for the same level) for each day they are late beyond their garaunteed grading times. This is an OK policy....if they follow it. I'm sure some peoples' submissions have eclipsed the garaunteed grading timeline.....HAVE THEY BEEN SENDING OUT CREDITS FOR THIS? or will I have to fight to ever see these credits. (I have a submission that's one day overdue today.)

I will say this. I sent 6 cards in for the "guaranteed" 20 day auto service. They were 5 days late and I never received any vouchers. I even called and talked to customer service regarding the problem (3x's) and they were just rude and unhelpful. So I just let it go

I've got 3 cards that are supposed to be done today and 6 more for Wednesday. The 3 were sent in to be graded using the 5 day express service and the 6 were 7 day service using the vouchers for joining the collectors club. According to the PSA site, they update the site at about 11AM. If mine are not posted shortly, I will be making a phone call.
