Just bought my last farthing

Celibrating tonight having just completed the 1st complete run in my collection. Just got hold of a 1953 2+A which completes my run of 1900- 1953 Farthings. That excludes proofs other than 1937, 1950, 1951 and both 1953s

<< <i>I just completed my bronze farthings a few months ago, with the acquisition of Colin Cookes F-530 >>
F-530, not many of them about. The best I can do is an F-593A
<< <i>Congratulations on picking up that piece Kingshott had up. Congrats also on completing your set! Mine as yet is incomplete - I am still looking for that coin plus the 1915 rare variety. >>
Yes, not the greatest with that ding but hay it's the 1st one I've seen and I've been looking for a year now. I think I may have a spare 1915 if it is one when it arrives. That is the trouble trying to buy types off the bay sometimes even good picture mislead. The good thing about the bay though is that 99.9% of seller aren't aware of types so you can get a bargain. I picked up a 1953 2+A proof Farthing for about $2.50. Tha last one I heard of selling here in the UK went for £80.
<< <i>1953-1900
Probably 1899 and backwards
Congratulations on the completed run
