Amazed at the ending price on this auction for a 199 Topps Graig Nettles rookie card (no loop variation) PSA 8. I picked up a PSA 8 2 months back for $40. I guess all you have to do is reference that at one time it was a GAI 9 and you end up getting 6X the amount that the last one sold for?

The underbidder is the #1 guy in 1969 Topps and the winner is associated with Dmitri Young, I think. Just a case where 2 guys set what they thought would be top all snipes, and only one could win.

Amazing. I have 2 of those cards, both purchased in the past 3 or 4 months, both for under $50.
