what is the proper way to use ms70 on silver coins?

    this just sold on ebay as an MS66 in an NNC holder. I'll bet it's been dipped in MS70... YUCK

    There is no proper way with improprieties.

    My understanding is MS70 is a super detergent that will remove dirt and grime but shouldn't disturb toning. That silver dollar looks like the victim of a dipping.
