Has anyone ever had the invoice number changed by PSA on a submission?

Hi Guys, I sent in an invoice of autographed cards on Monday to PSA/DNA. PSA sent me an update that it was in the system on Friday. Not too bad if you ask me. All of the info was correct in the email like my membership number and amount of cards. The strange thing was that they changed the invoice number for some reason. When I go into the system to check on the submission with this new invoice number and my zip code, it works. The old number does not. Has this ever happened to you? I am mostly concerned because all of the stickers that I put on the card savers have the old numbers on them. I don't want any cards getting lost or misplaced due to this change. Let me know, Neil

  • There was a glitch in the online submission form last week. When I tried to complete three different submissions, the submissions all had the same number - 600001. PSA changed two of them when they were recieved.

    I've had that happen as well with the carbonless submission forms.
  • Did the submission turn out right or were there problems? Did you ever find out why they did it? Neil

    My submission came out without a problem. I never followed up.
