    Why is texas even in the top 25? They're going to struggle mightily without young.

    Should be an interesting year, ND should make a push now that USC has been weakened by nearly their entire starting O going pro.

    I like the pagentry of college football. Too bad that at halftime the TV networks go to a studio show with highlights of other games and

    Okay... zoom in on the dot of the i and let's see who is there... It is a tradition given to few... and quite an honor. I can say that even if I am an ILLINI fan. The Big 10 has some terrific traditions

    I tend to think it is easier going into the season in a position other than number 1. I will predict that there will be some surprises in the Big Ten...

    All the Big Ten schools have great bands that are just excellent...

    From where I work I often hear the Michigan State Univ. band practicing. One day they were doing
    Led Zepplin's "Black Dog". image I thought that was kind of neat. Actually works pretty well for a college
    band with the starts and stops in it.

    I'm not a Notre Dame fan but I have to admit I think they have one of the greatest college fight songs of all time.
