To feature or not to feature?

I promise this is not a spam. I just need some opinions. Tonight on Ebay, I will be listing a 1934 Goudey #37 Lou Gehrig graded a PSA 3.

Would you spend $19.95 to feature it?

Opinions needed.

Anything over $500 is my rough guideline for featured. Anything over $100 I usually use subtitles, bold, or border. Almost always use gallery.

  • Just playing the other side of the card, but wouldn't a high profile card like that find itself? Not too many Gehrig's in the first place and I just wonder by featuring what you are really gaining with a card like that.

Just thinking out loud (or on the keyboard). You are right about the Gehrig specifically, but it would bring other people to the card that aren't looking for the Gehrig (ie - anyone searching for Goudey).

    Thoughts?

I am really 50/50 on this one. I can't decide.

I have already got the listing ready. I starts at 10:00 pm central. I went in to see about changing from featured to not featured and it doesn't look like it will let me do it. It looks like I have to cancel the listing and relist which would be a pain. It's not just a matter of unchecking it like you would think. Once you have checked it and submitted the listing (even though it is only scheduled), and you go back in to revise the listing, it has a permanent check beside it. That really stinks Ebay!!!!! image
