Thanks Cosetta

I was having problems with a couple of cards. One which was coming up as invalid when I attempted to enter it into my set, and another which i wanted to add to a set but the request hadnt gone through yet.

After leaving a message with Cosetta Robbins yesterday afternoon regarding the cards, I just received a call back from her. She was an extremely pleasant and courteous woman who was very helpful with my concerns. I just wanted to share my first experience in dealing with her and note how positive it was !

I'm new to this forum so naturally I screwed up trying to add cards to my 48 Bowman baseball set. One email to Cosetta and all was fixed IMMEDIATELY! I too thank her for being so fast and so good!

I have to agree with everyone. Cosetta is a Godsend. She is awsome at everything. I have never met someone so helpful and responsive. I have gotten emails back from her on late weekend nights. I honestly don't know if she ever sleeps.

You have gone beyond the call of duty on many occasions. Not only do you get the job done you do it with the highest level of customer service. As there have been an additional 60+ Cards this past year added to the Carew Master Set, i would like to pass my thanks along to her as well. A true example of customer service!! There are a few people down there that could learn a thing or two from Cosetta.

Yes, Cosetta is wonderful. And Gayle Kean was a tremendous help for me today in helping me get some 1994 Lawrence Taylor cards added. It's always tough to add cards during a player's last year.

Cosetta and Gayle are both such huge assets to PSA that I hope they are appreciated for all they do for us consumers, by their superiors. Both are PSA 10s in my opinion.

I think that we all truly appreciate Cosetta, Gayle and BJ. I know that they are world class in registry customer service and they are world class people as well. A sincere thank you!
