Exact same card selling in two different auctions

A little history. This card has been on E-Bay for over a year. The auction ends and it right back up again. It is one of the outside auctions within E-Bay where the winner has to regisiter and pay a surcharge. It has ranged between $100-$300 opening price. They actually had bidders a couple of times so why it keeps getting listed is beyond me.

judging from his less than 99% feedback the seller has some issues as well.

I have also wondered about this card as it just keeps coming back. Seems like the listing fees alone for a year would have already eaten up the value of the card...doesnt make much sense. This guy also had another one that just kept popping back up and I think it had a $50 price but cant remember the card.

    Go figure...

I hate that card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That and a few others from the same seller have been listed on eBay on a weekly basis for at least a year now. No idea what the story could be there.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."
