some china town relics

maybe similar to LM's thing? these came from a china town demo in 2005. the items on the top left, i'm told were from tobbacco tins. i don't read chinese, so i guess they could be anything. this particular area was a chinese opium smoking den. the old maps show many old small structures. we found hundreds of the glass opium bottles everywhere.

    Cool old stuff. Was this from bottle digging, detecting, or both?

    How thick are those copper pieces? The one I found out there was pretty thin...

    a little of both. if my scanner worked, i would try to get alot more stuff posted. i took home alot of stuff from that lot. just wait till that "other" demo starts up.

    the metal pieces are thin. they came from the hole where the seated quarter came from.
