Is there one particular coin that you hoard????

Speaking for myself I always look for 1913-S Barber Dimes in G to VG, nice and original with full rims and a clean mint mark. I have been able to pick up only 5 over the last year or so all for between $15 and $23.

They are appreciating nicely in price. They are still undervalued in my opinion. But then again, I am not impartial.
Looking for Denmark 1874 20-Kroner. Please offer.
Pay no attention to my sig line.
At one point a few years ago, I bought every nice looking 1832 quarter I could find, looking for one that best resembled the one that my Grandfather had given me ( and stupidly sold off in a group of other coins ) .
I ended up with two rolls of them...got most of them certified by ANACS...some of which I recently consigned to a national auction house for this Long Beach convention.
Now, all I have left are a group of XF 45's and this one MS 64 coin ( Ex: Walser ) :

Completed my first roll of Draped Bust Half Dollars, working on the 2nd.
I do have this thing for WIDE AM cents from 98,99, and 2000.
I like collecting things that are cheap that MIGHT go up in value in coming years. (the '99 isn't part of that mix as it's already up there)
I think NGC is the only TPG that will certify Blue IHC Cents...

certain dates in these grades. They aren't appreciated at this time, but someday maybe ........
<< <i>I wouldn't call it a hoard as I have only a half dozen or so, but I purchase every choice original 1840's XF large cent I can find. They are few and far between, given their (relatively) low price. >>
Grrrrrrrrr......so YOU are the culprit!!!!!!

the obverse depiction of Nike just seems so beautiful to me
I hoard them and can't resist buying them when the price is right.
I love it when I snag one well below bullion value.

As far as a particular date goes, I have 4 (maybe 5) 1950 Proof Frankies.

Any 1916 and 1917 obverse mintmarked Walkers I can find. I just love seeing the mintmark on the front of those coins!! Probably because there are so few of them. And the mintmark just looks so cool there!!
and
1837 B-1 quarters (also 2 pieces)
both are underrated scarcities, IMO

So I'll add my 2 cents, er, 2 coins:
--Bicentennials, and
--New York state quarters, because
they represent to me such watershed years and events in recent history.
But only if I don't have to pay a premium for them!!!!

<< <i>I like Seated Dollars. >>
Yikes. Now that's one expensive fixation. They must be beautiful all together.
<< <i>I have an obsession with the 1921 Peace dollar, I have well over 100+ certified ones and the pile grows and grows! >>
Now thats what I'm talking about. Its a beautiful coin. Original ones are truely hard to find in nice condition.
