    Great guy and baseball player/idol as well, it must be very difficult for him to go out there and concentrate.

    The thing that makes me so mad is he gets a bad rap for deminishing skills in the later part of he career, like a normal non steroid users should decline. Fans want him to be the Griffey of old, but without "help" it wont happen. When this steriod era is finally over Griffey will get his just due. Until then get 20-35 HR a year a finish about 5th on the all-time list.

    Life sucks, and then you die. Put it all in perspective. We should be honored to have witnessed JR's accomplishments. Hope it all works out for him and his family.

    Griffey has always been a class act and one of the very few sluggers you can truly admire in this and age. I always root for him personally, and I wish the best to him and his parents. It's tough to handle but he's been productive thus far.
