Anyone else notice a lot of careless PSA labeling errors

I have not had an order in the past 6 months that has not had at least one labeling error.

I just got grades posted for an 8 card order - 5 of them were labeled incorrectly, and the correct labels make a significant difference on these particular cards...

1 04494994 1962 TOPPS 53 AL HOME RUN LEADERS N/A 2
2 04494995 1962 TOPPS 53 AL HOME RUN LEADERS N/A 4
3 04494996 1962 TOPPS 150 AL KALINE N/A 4
4 04494997 1966 TOPPS 365 ROGER MARIS N/A Not Holdered, Miscut
5 04494998 1963 POST CEREAL 121 SANDY KOUFAX HAND CUT 7
6 04494999 1961 POST CEREAL 4 MICKEY MANTLE HAND CUT 6
7 04495000 1971 BAZOOKA NO NUMBER HANK AARON HAND CUT 8
8 04495001 1964 BAZOOKA 30 BROOKS ROBINSON HAND CUT-KNEELING W/GLOVE 8

Lines 1-4 are all Venezuelan Topps cards. Those cards in US Topps in those grades wouldn't be worth more than a couple bucks, but because they are Venezuelan, they have significant value.

Line 7 is a Bazooka, but it's a 1968 Bazooka card and was labeled as such on the submission form.

And the order was already mailed to me before I had a chance to make the changes. For supposedly having 2 graders review every card, there sure are a lot of careless mistakes that should be noticed and corrected before the cards are mailed back.

As for the grades themselves, a little disappointing... this grader was particularly hard. The Bazooka's I thought both had a good shot at 10's, and the 62 Kaline Venezuelan looks a lot more like a 6 than a 4. I knew the Maris was slightly miscut ahead of time, but was hoping they would grade it anyways.

I have a autoed card that was PSA/DNA and graded. Was a 1997 Marino Inscription. It came back labeled John Elway.

I have no idea how PSA has so many labeling errors. The names are only on the front of the cards (on 99.5 % at least) for crying out loud! To me there is no excuse for it.

On top of that, I sent my cards back to PSA for mechanical error corrections and they have been there for a month!

I have had a lot more labelling errors lately than in any time in the past.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I spent some time at the National getting my labeling errors (and a few other problems) fixed - they included a 1991 Topps Desert Shield card labeled as a 1991 Topps card, a 1984 Topps card labeled as a 1984 Topps Tiffany, a 1984 Topps Tiffany card labeled as a 1984 Topps card, and a 1984 Topps Tiffany card labeled as the 1985 Topps Tiffany with the same number (meaning that the player listed was wrong too).

I've always run across some misspellings, but identification mistakes seem to be becoming more common.
