FSH: 2 1999 Silver Proof sets

I have 2 1999 Silver proof sets for sale. I am the original owner of both sets and they have been in my possession since delievery from the mint in 1999. slight spoting on 1 of the proof pennies. No spots or haze on any of the silver coins. Both sets come complete with COA's and boxes. $700 for both sets Plus $10.00 shipping . PM for pictures.
