Blister rack packs vs. Regular rack packs

I am tempted to buy a case of the 87 Donruss racks Steve has, Other than the blister racks having more cards in them, and facing a different way, what else is different from the regular rack packs? Do the cards store better in blister racks over the years, causing the blister racks to produce better quality when opened? Does anyone have any blister rack experience?

It looks like since they are stored in a harder type of plastic casing with cardboard back that it would protect the cards pretty well.
1) The condition of the cards usually sucks in the blister packs.
2) The glue that holds the blister on is often loose, and some of the cards end up spilling out in transit.

I recently bought 5 '87Donruss racks and the cards look to be in great shape there, too. I'll keep them unopened a while longer most likely...
