My Wife Bought Some Cracker Jack from HEB

And I open the bag and they have a new series of mini cards.

The checklist is ok - missing some of my all-time favorites but hey, they were free!

The checklist:

Johnny Bench
Orlando Cepeda
Rollie Fingers
Ferguson Jenkins
Harmon Killebrew
Juan Marichal
Jim Palmer
Gaylord Perry
Brooks Robinson
Ozzie Smith

I only have 3 cards, also Fingers and Smith and the info on the backs vary.

Overall personal rating? A "C." The photos are just ok - centering bad on all 3 - no action shots so far.

In the past 20 years, my favorite CJ prize is the year they actually reprinted the CJ baseball set.

I heard the Rollie Fingers card has a picture of him stuffing his crappy 1990 baseball singles into packs and selling them.....where do
these guys come up with this stuff?

Amen Scott - sunny San Antonio - home of the muddy river walk.

    And of course the Spurs.

I read the subject line and thought Mary had won you a Mastro lot of '14's!

I really liked the 2004 Topps version. And the '15 version wasn't bad either!

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

    I wish Anthony!

BTW, HEB is a grocery store chain - just in case anyone doesn't know.

I've been watching those auctions from the cheap seats.

I'm impressed that people are buying right now so soon after the National.

I got the Robinson too as well as two Benchs. I just wish they'd go back to the old campaign of using current players instead.
