Wow, I haven't had someone that friendly and polite in customer service ever, especially not at PSA. I called about not receiving the emails on my last few submissions as well as looking for my latest submission number (I wrote it down wrong) and she was awesome.

Gave me the info I wanted, told me she'd look into the email problem and told me to call back in the next day or two if I wanted to get my grades.

I wish they were all like that.

matt-I did not get the extension, I should have. Her name was Laura, that's gotta be worth something...isn't there a "Find by name" extension search? I know there is an "if you know your party's extension" feature.

I was going to post something about her as well. She fixed a problem I was having yesterday- promptly, courteously, and efficiently. My package (that had been sitting on PSA's shelf for over a month, and 2 weeks after I had talked to one of her colleagues about it) arrived less than 24 hours after she got on the case.
I don't want to post her extension in case it ends up punishing a good deed, but if anyone needs it pm me. I hope somehow this thread is brought to the attention of Joe Orlando and Laura receives the credit she deserves- she certainly has kept up to the high standards set by Cosetta, BJ, and Gayle.

I had a problem with a submission and Cosetta told me on 7/24 that I would be hearing from Laura shortly. Maybe it's time to call again, thanks for the post. I kind of forgot all about it.
