displaying 8 x 10s

I have several signed 8x10s that I am planning to display. My question is if I put them in picture frames do I run any risks of the picture sticking to the glass or the autograph being damaged? Let me know your thoughts on best display options for them.

Thanks
Josh

Definitely DO NOT display 8x10s with the photo/autograph touching any glass. At minimum, get a frame that already has an 8x10 matte. Costco sells these really cheap. If you have something really nice best to go with archival quality stuff, you can either get this done by a custom framer (some of theme do OUTSTANDING work) or you can order from one of the leading archival supply companies Light Impressions
  • Thanks Moose, I was kinda leary about putting them against the glass figuring it would damage them in some way. They have been in a binder in pages for a couple decades and now that I own a home and have my own walls to hang things on I would like to start displaying some of my memorabilia.

  • I've had auto'd pics in frames touching the glass for 20 years and never had a problem.
