Tried some dime rolls for a change from the cents, bought 4 hand rolled rolls of dimes...got a 1963 Rosie!!....not a total washout...HH

wow..... i have thought about going through rolls of dimes here and there but then i thought well whats the chance of finding silver? i guess higher than i thought.

i know a guy who bought $5000.00 worth of halves from the bank....after pulling many old silvers, which he sold, and returning the remaining halves to the bank he made a $700.00 profit.....he, his wife, and secretary spent an entire weekend going through the rolls.....thats one way to find silver.....not my style though......keep em to the ground.

I own coin-op car washes and had a lady who wanted 2 quarters for her 5 dimes. One of the dimes was silver! I pull silver quarters out of my washes monthly but this was the first time in my life I ever got a silver dime anywhere.

I just went through $100 in rolls. Got one 1948 Roosevelt, and a dime from Barbados. Also filled one whitman album from 1965-2004.
