85-86 Star All Rookie Team Jordan CSA 8....Cross to GAI?

I just picked up this card it books $250 raw. I saw a GAI 8 went for $154.50 and an 8.5 for $251. Any chance this card would cross. I tired to scan it, but my scanner does not do well with graded cards. The corners are pretty good, though it does look to have a bit of discolortation on one of the back edges. Any chance for a GAI 8 or 8.5? What might it sell for in the CSA 8 slab?
PS is this 2nd year JOrdan PSA worthy? The card looks great except for the centering.

I thought all 3 would be locks for 9's and maybe a 10. They came back 8, 8 and 9, so they were honest graders.
