  • Looks like a nice assortment. Good luck on the 84-s, if it's what you say...Jack Pot!!!

An 1884-s in ms64 books at $135,000, if you could ever find one. Most likely the tpg will find any reason to make it an au58 (me saying this without a pic or coin in hand is slightly humorous, grading a coin by esp, i guess).
Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

  • I was in a hurry listing those this morning, the 1884 is an o not an s.
  • 1884-S in MS64 ?? I am even more interested in the 1873-S !!! Perhaps it is one of those (600) non-existent seated dollars said to have been struck and mysteriously missing? Or more likely, was that a typo for an 1878-S ??

If I came into 1000 Morgans, I would probably wear them out sorting them and re-sorting them, while I slowly turned into Scrooge McDuck...
  • I have trouble making out 3 and 8, look so close, my eyes are not that sharp, probably need to start using reading glasses. image

I sent 20 in to pcgs, will get coins back within next month. I have 8 registry sets mainly jeffersons and linclons. I am just doing this to help my dad organize his coin collection. Seperating the quality coins from the junk. These will most likely end up in a registry set that I will create for him. And then will be placed back in the bank vault and forgot about.
