1999 Collector's Edge Supreme Question

I picked up one of these this weekend, and sort of remember the deal with it. I believe it was not to be in the set, and if sent in could be redeemed for Edgerrin James. Anyone else know if this is correct? Also, this one is pink, were they all that way?
