question about centering on this 65 mantle LL

do you guys think that is within the centering guidelines for a PSA 8? For $25 I figured I didnt have much to lose.

That one is really close - it looks just shy of 70/30 T-B which is the minimum for an 8. So a 7 may be in your future with that card?
