Question on Subs.

When sending in Free Subs after reaching the 75% goal on Set Registery how much of a turnaound time is expected???.I was told by PSA that these had to be sent in separate from any other subs because of the Turnaround time difference therefore I sent in 2 separate subs resulting in double shipping charges but after 30 days no dub results on either.

  • It has always been puzzling to me also that if the value of your free grade card is nothing special, it is in your best interest to NOT USE the submission form for the "freebie", because you now have to pay extra postage of $11.70. The card could be sent in with others and you can grade multiple cards for the same $11.70!! I have two of these freebies that are of no use to me at this point!

When i sent in my free 75% completion submission ( 16 cards, all from 72 Topps, 5 for the entire set and 1 for each of the then 11 team sets), my cards were graded in less them three days........................

....but there is no guarentee given on these freebies.

Exactly. I think they will allow you to combine them though if you ask. I sent in a couple on one submission with the two vouchers and got away with it. Not sure if I should have though. :

I don't even request the free vouchers anymore because of the fact that the high end stuff I needed, I already have and paying $11.70 for a 91 Pro Set John Randle that books .40 isn't worth it.

You all make a good point .I did send in cards that I felt were going to Grade 7 or 8s from my 59 set hopefully my estimations are ok then it will be worth it.

    Thanks for your feedbacks.
