'55 Golden Stamps - Brooklyn Dodgers

I purchased a copy of the Brooklyn Dodgers '55 Golden Stamps book a few months ago didn't bother to examine it too closely until recently. I just realized the uncut sheets of stamps became stuck to the thin paper pages (paper stock similar to a kid's coloring book) that came into contact with the stamps' adhesive backing.

The stamps can still be torn off and separated along their perforations but all of them now have a thin sheet of paper stock stuck on the back that does not peel off cleanly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can remove the thin paper stock and not damage the stamps? thx.

Maybe try heating the back with a hair dryer -sometimes heat will soften the adhesive enough to pull the paper off Scott
