What would you do if you bought this card?

I collect Doak Walker stuff, and don't really care about it being high grade as long as it's presentable. Here's the description and the card.
This auction is for a nice 1955 Bowman Doak Walker #1 card, which has been graded VG PSA 3. The corners are absolutely Near Mint. Only the top to bottom centering keeps this as very good. This is a nice, affordable card for the Hall of Fame collector from a very popular set. Please see my other auctions for other PSA graded football HOFers
There's a stain or print mark or something on his left arm next to the 7, so I figured that stain and the centering would be enough to make a 6 card into a 3.
The card arrived with this back attached to it.
I don't want to be one of those guys that whines about a cheap card, I did email the seller and got no response. Do I have a right to be unhappy because he didn't mention any creases, or should I have assumed creases because of the 3? The card is a good looking card and I might have bid on it even if I had been told about the creases.

<< <i>One should assume the possibility of creases on a 3. And on a card with that nice of a front but that low of a grade, you almost have to ask for a scan of the reverse - if none is provided, that is, and I'm assuming that was the case here - since the grade-killing flaw is likely lurking there. >>

Working on '89 Topps autoed set now complete
The seller emailed back and said he never looked at the back of the card (hard to believe) and if I send the card back at my cost he'll refund me the price less shipping. I'll just keep it. I couldn't get that card for that price again.
Thanks again!
6(OC) or 7(OC) holder and that would have been great. But as fate would have it, your luck is about as good as mine it appears, and the dreaded "3" crease exists. Bummer... Great looking card from the front though...
Slightly OT Question: Why is that I find so many 55 Bowmans with fantastic corners but they all seem to have really bad centering? I've noticed that a lot with this issue. I've seen more 8(OC) than just about any other issue I've come across.

this is a really cool issue. I think you got a nice card, probably for around the cost of grading fees? the front sure looks nice. I am sure I could find some worse looking 3s that for sure!
I have just started building a raw mid grade set of these. they sure look good in any condition. I'm at about 60% and wow they are real stunning looking.
