1989 O-PEE-CHEE Football Packs ?

Not sure if anyone can help me. I have had this packs and boxes for years and not sure if anyone has ever seen or knows their valve. The cards look just like 1989 Topps Football but the packs say O-PEE-CHEE and the box is 48 ct. packs.

These are fairly rare, but they do exist. I have a few packs as well. When I first saw them, I just had a hard time envisioning football cards and French mixing that well together.

Are there actually NFL cards in them or CFL? I've never heard of them but will buy any and all Dan Marino cards from them.

I have a pack, the cards inside are just '89 Topps cards. No whiter card stock, no wire cuts, no Printed in Canada byline.

Thanks Joe. I was nearly positive there wasn't a separate OPC set in 1989. I know of nearly every Dan Marino card from 1984 through 1993 and have never heard of an OPC card.
