new to forum-"team checklists??"

where could i find a list of team checklists by year (including extras, traded sets etc...) going back as far as possible from the present?

i am specificly looking to finish a collection of Boston red sox team sets for Topps for as many years possible...

most references i find only list by year and by player name and card #;

i was hoping to avoid cross referencing historical team lists with the topps check lists, buti have a feeling thats what i will need to do, unless you all can help..

my current stuff, is what i have from when i collected as a kid..76-82, with a smattering above and below that (like about 6 from 1969 and 1970 and a few from the 90's)..i would like to fillin those first, and add on as i go...i wouldnt mind collecting the rival yankees sets too..(dare i say as a dedicated bosox fan)

does anyone sell completed team sets by year?
am i not correct in thinking that topps released team sets in a box in most recent times?

once i finish topps (if i do, i will do upper deck and others..fleer etc)

as for collecting anything else, not really..i would like to say i collect watches, but i dont have the $$ to finish that collection,
i ihave a small intersest in casino chip collecting, in fact it is a member of Chiptalk.net that directed me to you guys..(unfortunately, i dont have the $$ to get that one any further off the ground)
